Heather has daddy issues, and no-love for responsibility.
Wesker is a control freak with no kids, and likes girls who dye their hair blonde.
Both of them hate the church.
Heather would be MURDERED by Wesker! The REAL Alessa on the other hand...
Of course they don't look the same. Alessa has 14, was wearing a religious school outfit, and she died in 80's. Heather is from 2003, yup, thanks God she don't wear the same than the first example xD
Alessa can defeat wesker, (Alessa, no matter the "look" she wear xDD)
Heather doesn't have Alessa's powers, Wesker would murder her!
And Memory-of-Alessa is just a fragment of the ORIGINAL Alessa.
Contrary to what you want to believe, Heather doesn't have Alessa's powers, and she is not some kind of god of SH. She is just a teenage girl with a dark past.

Hell, the fact we refer to them in the plural is proof of that.
Stop treating them like they are the same CHARACTER. Because they aren't!
